tag and release a new version to pypi #109

Would you please tag and release a new version to PyPI?

It would be helpful to have fc038e0fe874c44651d33a78f5a21a0cd683e63a in the version I get with pip install gitifyhg .

The code in this repository is hopelessly outdated, don't use it!
