Author unquote email #35

Hi Jed, this addresses issue #22, but only partially. Any particular reason for not following my idea there to the end? It seems that the only thing you'd have to add would be removal of all < and > from the author string before performing the second match against AUTHOR_NOQUOTE... Perhaps you prefer another way to resolve the whole quoting issue, it would just be nice to hear your rationale :-).
