I don't know why pypi is so picky.

rst2html README.rst > /dev/null highlights an error on STDERR. When I run that, I get:

README.rst:73: (WARNING/2) Inline emphasis start-string without end-string.

I'm guessing this will resolve the rendering issue on PyPI.
