Postprocessor extension.

WIP minimal fix applied to make the ddetailer as a postprocessor extension (not as a script)

• mmdet-v3 fix included
• you can change the extension name to reddetailer and use both the old ddetailer and the new one.

this fix inspired by adetailer

TODO

• [x] support img2img inpaint correctly.

How to use it

if you already use "mmdet-v3" fork branch you don't have to follow next step.

• delete extensions/ddetailer

if you have changed pytorch version (from torch 1.x to torch 2.x or backward)

• delete models/mmdet

install postprocessor fork branch

• install extension https://github.com/wkpark/ddetailer with postprocessor fork branch
• if you already install "mmdet-v3" branch, you can use another directory name like redetailer

press install button and restart webui!
