Add more atlases? #1

Thanks for developing such an amazing toolbox. Would you mind adding more well-known atlases, e.g., AAL90 and Harvard-Oxford Atlas and etc..? It would facilitate generalizing this toolbox to more studies. Best, Cain

Hi Cain,

Great to hear that you appreciate the toolbox! Thank you for letting us know that the AAL90 and Harvard-Oxford atlas would be useful, we will put them on the request list. We plan to add more atlases in the future (e.g. also the Economo atlas), but drawing them takes time and we do not have an expected time frame. If you subscribe to the repository (GitHub's "watch" function), you will be notified when new atlases are available!
