Impossible to create a user { 5001 ERROR_WRONGPASSWORD }

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to "Create a new user account"
2.Enter the information (the password does not yet contain the words: test, 
password, the name or username. Longer than 7 characters and contain 1 
uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers)
3.Click on "Create"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Create a user with the module: New User Registration
Nothing is created : error 5001

What version of PWM are you using?
pwmVersion : 1.6.2
pwmBuild : 1153

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers
Version : 6.1.7601.17514
