[Enhancement] Allow users to delete their own account #526

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect an option to allow the users to delete their own account. This 
could be a simple configuration option that triggers a button in the main menu 
to be shown. Maybe deletion should be confirmed by password.

What version of PWM are you using?
v1.7.0

What ldap directory and version are you using?
OpenLDAP
