Build the impact design system #12

Get the built css files etc. (+ no npm) by running gulp build:dev in the impact design system folder

Timeboxed fixing the npm install command, couldn't get it to work. The packages were too old, also tried https://github.com/creativetimofficial/impact-design-system/compare/master...4yx:impact-design-system:master but it had the same c++ error.

Because of this, will be switching back to using Now UI Kit, and abandoning this ticket.
