Just Updated a few Emulators and poked around with some of the others.
Currently these Emu's are Moga Working:
ePSXe (Had to fiddle around to find what made it work)
Mupen64 Plus AE (Works with no tweaking)
SuperGNES (Has BT Controller Support apparently)
SuperN64 (Same as Mupen, then again, it is basically the same thing.)
Other than that, can not find any other Emus that can work with the Moga
Controller.

I don't have the device to develop with. If someone donate the device or I
purchase it in the future I will add support for it.

My Moga Hero Controller does seem to work in HID Mode. Did not realize that
till long after I posted this. However, it would be better to have it in Normal
Moga Mode so the L/R2, L/R3, Select and the Right Stick could be used.
Also, I do not know if it would be possible with this Release type of MAME, but
would it be possible to add support for the Homebrew/Hacked Roms like the UMK3
Juggernaut Hack, or the Boss Hacks of some CPS1, CPS2 or NeoGeo Roms?

I have a different problem with the moga hero power. With the most recent
updates, most of the buttons are available using HID mode. Unfortunately, if I
auto detect the game pad, I can't find a way to select "coin" despite trying
all the auto select button options. It will work if I map all the buttons as a
keyboard, but then lose the right analog for games like Smash TV. Is there a
trick I am missing?
I have this problem with both a Nexus 5 and MK809III TV stick. A possible
request for the future might be to auto detect the analogs, but allow mapping
for all other buttons.
