Naming of essential functions and classes. #23

Heading towards a release, at some point, the earlier the better, the names
of functions and classes have to be frozen. Still, I am not completely
happy with all those names.

I therefore want to trigger a discussion.

Example: 
It has already been suggested to rename QCD::reducedTensor to Dirac::Matrix.
I consider this a very good proposal, because a reducedTensor does not know
about color but only about Dirac indices (technically it is just a 4 by 4
matrix).

I unsubscribed all the people from the CC list, since the mailing list itself 
is 
subscribed. Please only CC people that are not on the mailing list, better yet, 
get 
them subscribed to the mailing list :).

Aside from that, I completely agree on this being a critical point, so we also 
need 
the input from the discussion with Vincent and Philippe that we had here, and 
it is 
for sure good to look once again at fermiqcd and QDP to see which naming scheme 
they 
have used.
