I've made the following changes:

Made filtering by current screen optional
Made colouring the whole workspace if urgent optional
Colors now adhere to the theme the user is using
Updated README

I am not entirely happy with the colouring. Although, there are some more features which I'd like to implement next that require playing with colours a bit more so I may change it up a bit again.

PS: Thanks for approving all my pull requests so far :)

Later on I think it might make sense to add another option to color the workspaces on the same screen as the plasmoid with a different color.

Thanks! That's exactly what I'd like to do but in later pull request. This is ready to be merged.
