DATA SET REGIONS #106

Since the list data and static data are in different regions its not possible to craft queries over both sets.

We therefore need to move one to the others region so that they are in the same place.

List data is in the US But static data is in us-central1

I think I want everything to be in central 1 as that is where the functions reside. But list data is much bigger and could break more things by moving.

When trying to do the transfer we also get a cryptic message from google. I have raised feedback and awaiting a response Tracking number: c8093683717179503
