Sometimes the list files are incomplete relative to Tourney Keeper.
As such if would be nice to set those 'lost' players as a PLACEHOLDER so that the remaining lists can be digested.
Often there is only 1 or 2 lists missing from a large tourney so its a waste to lose the whole event.
