Discord bot to rerun old lists against an updated formatter. #125

Need a discord command to allow @marcqg to rerun the lists we have utilising a new version of the formatter when he updates it.

it would be easy to re run Tk events as simply updating the word doc re triggers that pipeline. For both NR and FF we would need to run another query for a custom time frame?

@marcqg for NR and FF do you want to re run across 100% of the DB or only a portion like say the last X months?

Given there is still a lot of enhancements to the formatter, in addition there are some new fields that I want to add.

I think we will delay re running until they are in so that we can make use of everything.
