Describe the bug I upload the file New Year's Revolution to the bot, but it doesnt get mapped to TK although the name matches.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Upload New Year's Revolution file
See the log which indicates a match is not found but near-matches are available.

Expected behavior The file is correctly matched.

Additional info It seems the matching with TK is sometimes fuzzy, sometimes strict in the last two weeks.

This army now says: TK giving bad data. Players registered:217 does not equal people who played:216

So seems to be same issues as #77.
