Unnecessarily complicated Model diagram in DG #20

The model diagram is difficult to follow. Would it be better to abstract more and separate it into 2 or 3 diagrams for each component instead?

We believe the term "unnecessary" is ambiguous here. In this case, our team thought that it is appropriate and clear as the diagram is not messy or cluttered and the associations are clearly represented.
