top 100 flows for the last slide (in flows.csv, in the group "flows_last")
estimation at the subnational level ("impact" variable in regions_countries.csv)
new data on patents in 2012 instead of 2005 ("allpat" in regions_countries)
new definition of acceleration ("diff2" variable in regions_countries)
