I want to reschedule for Armenia Yerevan embassy. How do I know if ASC is needed?

Sorry for the late reply,

Well it depends, here in Colombia ASC is to get the biometric data. Sometimes you don't need an ASC appointment if your data is recent. A easy way to know if you need ASC or not is when you are scheduling the appointment.
