Spatially variable input mode error #15

Something is producing abnormally low discharge values when running spatially variable mode. Also the TOPMODEL output is giving -nans at all timesteps!

Make sure you have set the rainfall input file correctly and aren't actually using a uniform rainfall file when running in spatially variable mode, otherwise you will get these NaN values and weirdly low discharge outputs.

Not a bug in hail-caesar - most likely caused by rainfall pre-processing in dvalters/NIMROD-toolbox/issues/5
