Several new components have been added to the CAESAR-Lisflood code upstream (the Windows version). AB has added these componets to the CAESAR_GW batch of code. The main additions are the model options of swappig out TOPMODEL for SLiM to incorporate groundwaer more realistically. There is a basic groundwater option and a separate option that allows the user to run with the SLiM model that includes water partitioning (overwriting the standard recharge process)
