VOMS 2.0.9 doesn't build on Mac OS X 10.8 #4

the macports voms 2.0.9 package doesn't built since macports updated to automake 1.13 which obsoleted AM_CONFIG_HEADER. The updated port file is in this repository until it is incorporated upstream by macports, but voms doesn't built at all on Mac OS X 10.8 (and possibly other versions).

The workaround in the meantime is to comment out the dependency on voms in the globus-clients portfile.

I've created a patch in 8f49ce9c4f85a2b1ff4019b2f3295240ba1f777a but I haven't tried it yet as I don't have access to a machine running Mac OS X 10.8
