feat: Drop support for Zotero 6 #541

With the official release of Zotero 7, we're dropping support for Zotero 6 in order to clean up code and more easily add improved functionality.

Changes

build: Stop generating install.rdf
build(deps-dev): Uninstall pug and @types/pug
build: Set manifest min/max version via package.json
build: Specify last version supporting Zotero 6 in update manifest
build: Simplify update URL
docs(README): Update for Zotero 7 and use implicit link names
feat: Remove core-js polyfills
build: Remove patch of Object.fromEntries in @notionhq/client
feat: Remove chrome.manifest
feat: Remove DefaultPreferencesLoader
feat: Remove old preferences window
feat: Remove all conditional checks for Zotero 7
feat: Remove shims for timer functions
feat: Remove conditional logic in ProgressWindow
feat: Remove conditional logic in bootstrap.ts
build: Update build target to Firefox 115
build: Enable source maps when building for local dev
