📋 Describe the SmartBlock

This is taken from Ray Dalio's Pain Button Concept. The idea is to capture whatever pain you feel during a situation, but reflect on it later. This will create a block where you can easily query for attributes of your pain and will create all TODO items needed for follow up and reflection of your pain.
