Adds a parent block ([[Interstitial journal]] with as child block a button to trigger a journaling template. Included with the journaling template there's a button to add another entry, giving you unlimited entries without polluting your (Daily Notes) page with unused entries.
The interstitial journal follows the format as suggested by Tony Stubblefield, who coined the term interstitial journal:
Write about what you've just worked on, to clear your mind.
Write about what you're going to work on, to prime and focus your mind.
Write about what you want to achieve in the next work cycle.
