The store doesn't finish properly [TF2]

Hi, i have a problems:

after selecting one from the store "trails", trail it is invisible. Maybe it's error ??
Error with pets "ERROR: Tried to SetParentAttachmentMaintainOffset for entity prop_dynamic (prop_dynamic), but it has no attachment named letthehungergamesbegin."
Name tags, message color, nick color doesn't work too. It's same problem like a trails.
