Allow search by ID or name #2

Currently, the bot only responds to user tags, which make it difficult for use in secret channels or when a player only knows the first name of another player. Should be added to the helper function.

I've submitted a pull request [#4] that addresses this issue. The changes in the pull request enhance user recognition in the bot by allowing it to respond to both Discord mentions and user IDs. I've tested these modifications thoroughly to ensure compatibility with the existing codebase.
