Added translation support for Chinese language.

Hello, after a cursory check with google tranlsate, everything looks good.

Thank you very much for the translation work, I'll merge this, but I need to do a QA pass on the app before I can push this to the store.

(i've done some technical work on mastet that I didn't have time to check yet)
