Add 'off' to hvac_modes (for thermostats) #473

Since we have the option in the Hilo app to turn off a heater (via connected thermostat), as opposed to keeping it in "heat" mode but just set lower, it would be nice to have the 'off' mode available in the hvac_modes for the Hilo climate entities in Home Assistant.

The Hilo thermostats do not support "off" mode, see this documentation.

Thanks for the quick response. I see. I guess since I'm using the Sinope TH-1123ZB I can see and use the 'off' mode on my Hilo app...

You’re more than welcome to add logic necessary to the code. I cannot test this as I don’t own any.
