Implement the module pdf2text/translate.py
The module should take a from_language and provide a public method translate which works on the document level (input and output are the entire document, likely a list of strings where each element represents one page of the original pdf)

Doesn't seem feasible, at least for free (which is what we probably want). Better to explore prompt translation with multi-lingual embedding
