Notifier does not recognize Growl. #304

IMPORTANT: PLEASE search the existing issues (including closed ones) for
something similar before filing a new one.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloading Growl & Android Notifier
2. Following the installation guide
3. Seeing the error!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is that it successfully connects with Growl. Instead, it is
saying that Growl is not open, when it clearly is.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The most recent version of this application, as of the date this was posted.
Running on Windows 7 Ultimate.

Please provide the log output if possible (from the alogcat app on android,
Show Log menu on the multiplatform client, or Console on native mac app):

It appears to be timing out... I attached the log.

Please provide any additional information below.

I've tried reinstalling both programs. I've tried repeating the installation
steps. I've tried restarting before after setting up Growl and before setting
up the notifier. I've tried using an older version of android-notifier. I've
tried leaving a message on the Growl website (they told me it may be on your
side). I've run out of ideas.

Your log file shows "Registered with GNTP server sucessfully", so it finds
Growl eventually but it's taking longer than expected (usually because the
computer is under heavy load). Android Notifier will try to connect to Growl at
most 5 times before giving an error to alert you to see if Growl is running but
it'll keep trying forever so if Growl is running and set up correctly it should
work after a few seconds.

I'm increasing the number of connection attempts before warning to 10 to give
Growl more time to startup, it'll be available in next release.
