Generally looking into how to implement interactions with the 3D models.

Also toward: #22

Left to do:

[ ] figure out the best way to expose that information, both for a web app and a (observable) notebook
[x] fix: with info layer on (withHUD: true), the responsive viewport doesn't work
[x] make the hover work even with alwaysRedraw: false

I think I can figure out how to expose the hover information later, when I have a specific case for where that information is needed.
