Show protoc's output in Eclipse console #190

It would be very helpful to show protoc's output in the Eclipse console. This 
way we can see if there is a mismatch between the errors generated by protoc 
and the editor markers created. Also, it can make it easier for users to see if 
integration with protoc is configured properly.
