What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. wikitext-to-xslfo in anttask ignore external links in PDF
the "showexternallinks" parameter has no effect
new Version of Mylyn-wikitext-core jars doesn't fix the bug

The goal is the textile-command "Label":http://www.example.com/ will shown as
an external link in PDF.

The HTML-Document is unconcerned by this effect.

Replacing all "Label":http://site.com with Label (
"@http://site.com@":http://site.com ) in textile files. This is not so nice
for HTML but it works for both HTML and PDF.

All links don't able to make an inline-break. So links should all work now.
