PHX cross does not fit accordingly to a user-defined rail loop #5

1) You see the error in snapping is taken to the minimum as they glich: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1113515130 2) You can also see that these two are the exact length, though there is a sleeper width that must be taken into account: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1113517987 3) You can easily adjust this using the custom piece origin offsets like this and please notice the two red short single track pieces http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1113519734 4) I can admit that the cross model must be a bit longer in all four cross-sections (in your case only two that you expect) to snap accordingly, but TA already provides a solution to this problem via the custom user origin offsets in which you desire (in your case X realtive to one of the single pieces) to snap such model below.
