Hi there, seg7 is the MP gene segment -- sorry for the inconsistent naming. I've only got a maximum likelihood tree for that segment as I didn't find any temporal signal which would be necessary to run a time-scaled tree in BEAST. See folder: seal_influenza_ms/Seal-2017H3N8/MP-mltree/
