clarify ppa doesn't work on later versions of ubuntu
clarify where to get packages (e.g. form apt or pip3) for those doing source-release installation.

Thanks! Perhaps @mhsabbagh has considered linking to this repo from his readme? I only came across your maintenance of green-recorder after digging into https://github.com/mhsabbagh/green-recorder/network .

Thankful to come across green-recorder as a wayland user yet think not many know about this fork to help try & contribute.
