When I post to avogadbro.blogpost.com, avobot should let everyone know about it.

Ideally, this'd run on a cron, probably at least hourly? So the tweet is like, somewhat timely. For now, I think it suffices that it just be a callable script since I still haven't decided where this bot is actually going to live.
