Fix Reviews from other restaurants showing up on newly created Restaurants #191

I did a test creating a new restaurant today and noticed another restaurant's review info appearing in the latest reviews component and the bottom reviews component. FYI when I update the new restaurant, the other restaurant's reviews go away.
