Acceptance Criteria

Create an endpoint that transfers weapons from Vault to a character, or from one character to the other.
Use REST API standards

Sadly, Discord's API for message components to do not have enough support to display a lot of the weapons' details. This idea might be scraped and perhaps could be used for something else in the future if Discord's API support for tabular input. This will be cancelled.
