CI/CD | Create Step for Code Linting #70

This step in the pipeline should create a workflow that iterates through the code looking for potential errors using a code-linting tool. This step should not determine if the deployment/pipeline fails, it should only be used to gain insight on code quality.

I'll close this issue since it does not make sense to make a linting step while there are only 2 collaborators in this project.
