Raid Stats | Add weekly raid completions for characters

This task is to add weekly raid completions for players weekly. The way this should behave is that in Destiny 2 there's a weekly reset every Tuesday at 9am PT (standard time for the bot). At that time, every raid that is available to be played is reset for all characters. This applies also to the weekly farmable raid, but it does not affect if you can farm it or not.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add bullet points for completions for each of the player's characters. There should be the same amount of bullet points with emojis for each character the player has with a complete/not-complete showing if they already completed the raid with the character or not for this week
• If the player has completed the raid in a character before this week's weekly reset then we put a green checkmark for completion, else the character will have a red checkmark for completion

This issue alongside any others planned for the /raid_map command will be cancelled and will be used in the near future under different command(s) name(s)
