User id error #8

I'm having trouble with passing user id to the script instead of the username. I simply entered the user id in the .txt file and it wouldn't work, I got a "An error occurred: Not Found: User not found"

I've tested multiple user ids without issue. Besides using the latest version (1.9) make sure each line with an id in the text file is completely numeric and a valid user id.
