Hi, Thanks for your great work. I wonder if the SingleR web tool is still available to upload the data? The link (http://comphealth.ucsf.edu/SingleR) seems not working, which shows the message as below: image

Thanks. Wasn't aware there is a problem. I will check with the web admin. You can use for the mean time the standalone version that is available in this repository.

However, note that the web tool has not been adjusted to work with the bioconductor version of SingleR.

Hi, Thank you for keeping the updates. I have a file which shows the error while uploading: image I figure out that the maximum size of my request might be the reason - my uploading file is approximated to 200MB. Is it possible to change the shiny.maxRequestSize or something in the SingleR object I could modify to make it smaller without the other errors showing in the webtool?
