SingleR install issue

Hi, I have a problem in SingleR installing

Bioconductor version 3.10 (BiocManager 1.30.10), R 3.6.2 (2019-12-12)

Error Msg=============== Failed to install 'unknown package' from GitHub: invalid multibyte string, element =============================================

When I tried to install with two commands, I got the error message like above How can I install SingleR. I really want to install this package I appreciate for your help
