Hi All,

I managed to install SingleR successfully, however I am getting this error

ref.se <- BlueprintEncodeData(rm.NA = "rows") Error in BlueprintEncodeData(rm.NA = "rows") : could not find function "BlueprintEncodeData"

Kindly help with this, may be I am missing on some important step.
