How to annotation cluster by singleR 1.2.4 #142

Please post issues in https://github.com/LTLA/SingleR In the previous versions of singleR, we can set singleR to annotation cells by cluster. How to annotation cells by cluster? I couldn't find the parameter in the guides.

Hi,

See the documentation for the function SingleR. If you provide the 'clusters' field, the annotation is performed on the cluster level.
