The missing data in the" \manuscript_figures\FiguresData" #58

I run the figures.R in the manuscript_figures folder. But I find some files like SingleR.PBMC.3K.4K.RData,spc-trf1.txt and so on doesn't exist. And I couldn't repeat the manuscript_figures. Could you complete all the FigureData?

I uploaded spc-trf1.txt. The PBMC file is too big for Github. Because only the 4k version is used anyhow, I uploaded it instead.
