Perform DE analysis on singleR Browser website #61

Hi, i can't use the function DE analysis on singleR Browser website,

Does your object hold the expression matrix? it is supposed to be in the expr field. If not then copy it from your single-cell object.

Thanks for your help. Actually the expr field was empty and it works when i copy the expression matrix in it.
