Hi, I would like to use SingleR but I am still using Seurat 2.3.4. Is there any version of SingleR I could use that would be compatible with Seurat version 2? Does the installation of SingleR include Seurat? I don't want to update yet to the new Seurat version and I was wondering if the installation of SingleR might update Seurat. Could you advise on the best way to proceed? Thanks. Julie
