Cell Type abbreviation #75

Hello! Thank you for developing such useful tools. I'm wondering if there is a reference of the abbreviation used in presenting the cell types? I was confused by the "mv endothelial cell".

Thanks!

I used the same abbreviation I used in xCell. You can find a table with the mappings in additional file 1 of the xCell paper.

mv stands for microvascular, ly for lymphatic...
